Time is money: loading and unloading must be performed quickly, but not too<br />

quickly. Open the curtains, move the sliding posts to one side using one hand,<br />

up with the Edscha sliding roof, in with the load, fix it securely. Lock the roof<br />

and curtains in a few simple steps, and away you go.<br />

Flexible options for all tractors<br />

The <strong>Profi</strong> <strong>Liner</strong> is already compatible with the tractor<br />

units of the future. The fifth wheel height varies from<br />

1,050 mm to 1,170 mm. This is made possible by the<br />

height-adjustable chassis in conjunction with KRONE<br />

bolted body technology: the front wall roof connec-<br />

tions and sliding post systems are arranged as adju-<br />

effort. The side and roof curtains can be arranged ex<br />

works so that they adjust easily to the changed body<br />

height. Needless to say, the interior height can be<br />

returned to the original dimension where necessary.<br />

trailer situations.<br />

Professional load securing is a top priority for KRONE. The high number of<br />

innovative, award-winning load securing systems produced by our company<br />

speaks for itself. What’s more, the Multi Lock side rave comes as standard<br />

with KRONE. The <strong>Profi</strong> <strong>Liner</strong> also comes with a load securing certificate.<br />

Partial loads are ideally secured in the<br />

<strong>Profi</strong> <strong>Liner</strong>. Variable Multi Wall with<br />

removable aluminium bars as an<br />

additional front wall (optional).<br />

Aluminium planks secure crates on<br />

pallets. The planks can be fitted in<br />

the plank pockets both upright and<br />

horizontally (optional).<br />

Flexible: pallet stop for retro-fitting. The pallet stop prevents the load from<br />

Multi Lock. Multi Block. Multi Wall. Load securing in the<br />

<strong>Profi</strong> <strong>Liner</strong> is possible in many ways: the combination of<br />

standard Multi Lock side rave and Multi Block securing<br />

bar provides around 3,000 anchoring points by itself.<br />

However, Multi Lock and Multi Block are just the start:<br />

you may be familiar with Multi Wall (the additional front<br />

KRONE <strong>Profi</strong> <strong>Liner</strong>: the double deck trailer with load securing<br />

certificate. Twelve side loading bars with holes support<br />

23 cross bars. This produces 33 extra pallet securing bays<br />

on the second level.<br />

stanchions and removable boards for load securing purposes.<br />

Since you never know what might happen, it’s<br />

also a good idea to pack a couple of spares. Practical<br />

Multi Block loading bars are also essential on any long<br />

journey: load securing is of vital importance. But where<br />

to put them? With the <strong>Profi</strong> <strong>Liner</strong>, it’s no problem:<br />
