Over the past year, the AOPA
Foundation—with your help—has reached
more people and done more than ever to
help pilots fly safely, preserve airports,
grow the pilot population, and improve
the image of general aviation. And we’ve
listened closely to you—our donors and
fellow pilots.
You have told us what matters to you, and
that’s where we’ve directed our efforts
by increasing the number and variety of
online courses, live seminars, webinars,
and publications aimed at improving
pilot safety. We’ve also provided funding
to help embattled airports demonstrate
their worth. We’ve funded scholarships to help future pilots fulfill their
dreams. And we’ve told the world just how much general aviation means
to pilots and all the people who benefit, directly and indirectly, from GA.
As a non-profit 501(c)(3), the AOPA Foundation depends on taxdeductible
contributions from philanthropists like you. It is your
contributions that make possible our work on behalf of GA.
