aoPa FoundaTion unaudiTed Financials Thanks to generous donors like you, in 2011 the AOPA Foundation raised
more than $6,000,000 to fund projects in the key initiative areas of improving safety – through the Air Safety Institute, growing the
pilot population, preserving airports, and improving the image of general aviation. Over 86% of those contributions were used for
programs that keep pilots safe and safeguard the future of GA.
