No. There are no services or
infrastructure available to serve this
area. This is located adjacent to
Escalon, but not within its Sphere of
Influence (i.e., planned service
area). Because sites are located
adjacent to Escalon, property
owners/developers should work with
the City of Escalon to expand the
Sphere of Influence, annex the
area, and extend infrastructure and
services.
