undermine implementation of the<br />
Mountain House Master <strong>Plan</strong>.<br />
If selected, Staff recommends<br />
<strong>General</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> policy standards<br />
requiring infrastructure and services<br />
are funded, constructed, and<br />
maintained by the developer/<br />
property owner, or that the<br />
property owner obtain a “will<br />
