No. The sites are located in the
vicinity of Mountain House and
adjacent to the Patterson Pass
Business Park, where a surplus of
employment designated land
currently exists. This change could
undermine implementation of the
Mountain House Master Plan.
If selected, Staff recommends
General Plan policy standards
requiring infrastructure and services
are funded, constructed, and
maintained by the developer/
property owner, or that the
property owner obtain a “will
serve” letter from the City of Tracy.
