governors are members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> governing<br />

board (<strong>and</strong> in accordance with Section 9(2)<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Bank <strong>of</strong> <strong>Tanzania</strong> Act, 2006 one <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong>m is <strong>the</strong> deputy chairman). The<br />

management comprises 44% <strong>of</strong> total<br />
