REGULAR BOARD HEETING<br />
HARCH 17, 1993<br />
TOHN HALL<br />
7:30 P.M.<br />
Supervisor Kennedy thanked Mr. Gliwa for the work he put into<br />
his study of this situation.<br />
Michael Reilly, 7697 Kevin Dr.: Once the letter of withdrawal<br />
comes in from Carol Seamon is there any chance that this could<br />
be resurrected in some form at a later date?<br />
Town Attorney Perley:<br />

He can't prevent anybody from filing a<br />
Supervisor Kennedy: He can't say absolutely not. However,<br />
under the circumstances with the reports that we have had there<br />
is no way that this could be resurrected.<br />
I feel that the study we have received is going to be a very<br />
valuable study to the people that already have existing wells on<br />
that particular hill. Hith this study we know more now about<br />
that particular area than we have ever known before and this<br />
will be a benefit to the town.<br />
Supervisor Kennedy hearing no further comments from the floor<br />
asked that the Public Hearing be closed.<br />
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />
Councilmari Wittmeyer to close the Public Hearing at 8:19 P.M.<br />
five (5) Ayes Carried<br />
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />
Councilmari Zimmermari not to take any action on the Seamon<br />
Rezoning Application and that we await the official<br />
documentation froni the Seamon's withdrawing. If a withdrawal<br />
request is not received by that time we will act on the<br />
application at the next regular meeting on April 7, 1993.<br />

Received from Barbara Ballachino, Chairperson of the<br />
Triquasquicentennial Celebration a report on the Celebration<br />
activities along with a copy of the Treasurer's Financial Report<br />
dated 3-27-91 through 1-20-93, on file in the Town Clerk's<br />
Office.<br />
Supervisor Kennedy asked Councilman FloWers to act as<br />
liaison between the Tri-Q Committee and the Town Board to<br />
determine the future of the Tri-Q Committee.<br />
Letter received from the Patchin Volunteer Fire Company<br />
requesting permission to use the Lion's Shelter on July 25,<br />
1993, for 20 Week Club Party.<br />
A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by<br />
Councilman Wittmeyer to grant permission to the Patchin<br />
Volunteer Fire Company to use the Lion's Club Shelter on July<br />
25, 1993 for their 20 Week Club Party contingent upon Insurance<br />
Coverage. Permission to serve beer also.<br />

Letter received from Tony Staub request permission to use the<br />
Lion's Shelter for Softball Picnic on Saturday, July 17, 1993.<br />
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />
Councilmari Wittmeyer to grarit permission to the Town of Boston<br />
Softball League to use the Lion's Shelter on July 17, 1993 for<br />
a picnic from 9:00 A.M.until 3:00 P.M.<br />
