SUPERVISOR'S REPORT
TOWN HALL
7:30 P.M.
A) Supervisor's Financial Report for 1992 received
and on file in the Town Clerk's office.
Supervisor Kennedy received a letter from Dale H. Volker, N.Y.
Senate in response to a letter that he wrote regarding the state
of the construction industry in Western New York.
Supervisor Kennedy received a letter from Dale M. Volker, N.Y.
Senate in response to a lettei: he wrote regarding Assemblyman
Pordum's bill which would authorize the creation of a Local
Government Investment Pool.
A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by
Councilman Wittmeyer to authorize Supervisor Kennedy to enter
into a contract with Fox & Company, Certified Accountants for
1992 audit for a net cost to the General Fund of $5,330.00 for
a single audit.

TOWN CLERK'S REPORT
Carried
A) Town Clerk's Monthly Report for January 1993 received
and on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by
Councilman Flowers to grant the David J. Shenk, Registrar of
Vital Statistics a salary for the year 1993 of $1.00.

TOWM ATTORNEY'S REPORT
Carried
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by
Councilman Flowers to grant Town Attorney Perley permission to
send draft investment policies and draft agreement among the
town, its Depository and the Custodian of Securities for the
funds that exceed the insured deposit limits at the bank to the
Attorneys for Evans National Bank.

Town Attorney Perley will be meeting with the Erie County Water
Authority ori Friday, February 19, 1993 at the Orchard Park Town
Hall at 9:30 a.m. The Town Attorney, Town Engineer and Deputy
Supervisor Wittmeyer will be attending.
The Capitol Improvements Committee will meet on Monday evening,
February 22, 1993 to discuss the status of the tank for Water
District #1.
Town Attorney Perley, Town Engineer and Deputy Supervisor
Wittmeyer will get together on Friday, February 19, 1993
to look for a site for the storage tank in Hater District ffl.
COUNCILMEN REPORT'S
Councilman Flowers met with the Chamber of Commerce reporting
that the first meeting of the "Economic Development Board"
went very well. They will report back to the Chamber Board of
Directors and in turn the Board of Directors will pass on a
recommendation to the Town Board.
