RESOLUTION 1993 - 9 INSTALL A 250 WATT HPS FLOOD LAMP AT<br />
NEW YORK STATE POLICE BARRACKS<br />
Letter received from Frank Lisowski, Deputy Code Enforcement<br />
Officer recommending that the Town Board amend the jurisdiction<br />
and authority of the Deputy Code Enforcement Officer and the<br />
Planning Board relative to permanent signs.<br />
Supervisor Kennedy asked Town Attorney Perley to look into<br />
legislation that would be incorporated into the Sign Law where<br />
we could refer those commercial establishments that require Site<br />
Plan to also review the signs.<br />
Letter received ifrom Joan Zelasko Conservatiori Advisory Council,<br />
Re: Logging in the Allegheny State Park. Public Hearing -<br />
Buffalo Library Auditorium on Tuesday, Harch 16, 1993 at 2:00 -<br />
4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.<br />
Supervisor Kennedy directed the Town Clerk to post this notice<br />
of Public Hearing on the Town Hall Bulletin Board, and requested<br />
that all those interested, consider attending the Public<br />
Hearing.<br />
Letter received from Paul Sawicki requesting reappointment to<br />
the Conservation Advisory Council.<br />
A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />
Councilman Flowers to appoint Paul Sawicki to the Conservation<br />
Advisory Council, term to expire March 1, 1996.<br />
four (4) Ayes Carried<br />
Letter received from the Planning Board recommending N.Y.<br />
Guidelines for Urban and Sediment Control be incorporated into<br />
any building permit applications in the Town of Boston.<br />
Town Attorney Perley will review this request and confer with<br />
the Town Engineer.<br />
Letter received from Planning Board, Re: Request of Chester<br />
Panek to rezone property on Feddick <strong>Road</strong> from RA to R-2.<br />
A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by<br />
Councilman Wittmeyer to schedule a Public Hearing to consider<br />
the rezoning of the Chester Panek property on Feddick <strong>Road</strong> as<br />
originally applied for and the additional property as described<br />
by the Planning Board in their letter dated February 17, 1993,<br />
for Wednesday, March 17, 1993 at 7:45 p.m.<br />
four (4) Ayes Carried<br />
Letter from the Planning Board, Re: Request of Gregory Gerwitz,<br />
7440 Boston State <strong>Road</strong> to erect a deck to the south side of his<br />
residence.<br />
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />
Councilman Flowers to table action until we receive the<br />
information that is needed to make an adequate decision.<br />

Letter received from Janet Kramer, President, Kramer's Liquor<br />
Store, Inc. advising the Town Board that they are applying for<br />
a package liquor store license, received and on file in the Town<br />
Clerk's Office.<br />
