RESOLUTION 1993<br />

At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of<br />

Boston, Erie County, New York, held at the Boston Town Hall,<br />

8500 Boston State <strong>Road</strong>, Bo.ston, New York on the 17th day of<br />

February, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. Daylight Savings Time, there were:<br />

Councilman Flowers presented the following resolution and<br />

moved its adoption:<br />

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Boston<br />

does hereby authorize New York State Electric & Gas to install<br />

a new 250 watt HPS flood lamp in front of New York State Police<br />

Barracks at 8550 Boston State <strong>Road</strong> at an annual increase of two<br />

hundred-forty-nine dollars and forty-three cents ($249.43) to<br />

Lighting District #1.<br />

Seconded by Supervisor Kennedy and duly put to a vote which<br />

resulted as follows:<br />
