ii. Manner and Place of Disposal;<br />

Recyclables - Material Recovery Facility (MRF) - Kenmore. NY<br />

MSW - Occidental Waste-To-Energy Plant<br />

3. The Applicant hereby agrees to:<br />

(a) Indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Boston for any<br />

pending, threatened or actual claims, liability or expense<br />

arising from waste disposal in violation of Chap.<br />

63 of the Town Code or not in conformance with this<br />

License (§63-502.B)<br />

(b) To offer collection services for municipal solid waste<br />

and recyclables at the same time and on the same day to<br />

all of its customers (§63-502.C)<br />

(c) To maintain separate monthly records of municipal solid<br />

waste and recyclables collected, transported and disposed<br />

of in conformance with §63-502.D of the Boston Town Code,<br />

and to provide to the Town of Boston quarterly reports<br />

containing such information<br />

(d) To amend or supplement this Application in writing,<br />

additional information is required to conform with<br />

Chapter 63 of the Boston Town Code.<br />

4. That Applicant has not been adjudged or determined to have<br />

violated Chapter 63 of the Town Code within the preceding<br />

calendar year.<br />
