3. The Applicant hereby agrees to:
(a) Indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Boston fOr any
pending, threatened or actual claims, liability or expense
arising from waste disposal in violation of Chap.
63 of the Town Code or not in conformance with this
License (§63-502.8)
(b) To offer collection services for municipal solid v/aste
and recyclables at the same time and on the same day to
all of its customers (§63-502.C)
(c) To maintain separate monthly records of municipal solid
waste and recyclables collected, transported and disposed
of in conformance with §63-502 .D of the Boston Town Code,
and to provide to the Town of Boston quarterly reports
containing such information
(d) To amend or supplement this Application in writing,
additional information is required to conform with
Chapter 63 of the Boston Town Code.
4. That Applicant has not been adjudged or determined to have
violated Chapter 63 of the Town Code within the preceding
calendar year.
