to be a problem. They would be willing to post a Bona to insure<br />
that if there was any damage or adverse attect to anyone's wen<br />

necessary to proceea with this pioject on an admonition ana<br />
restriction that no blasting at aii be done. As you heard<br />
before trie oniy laea tnat there might oe blasting was someohe's<br />
estimate that tnere might DC IS necessary, about a tive i-jj<br />
percent chance tnat it woula be necessary. They don't reaiiy<br />
believe that it will oe necessary. Tney are willing to accept<br />
the M-2 zoning with tnat restriction and with the requirement<br />
that a Bona be postea to protect the property owners. =<br />

see that happen either. From tnat stahapoint. we are viith tne<br />
