NOTICE IS HEREBy GIVEN that
at a Resular /iteetins, held on
the SOth day of January, 1993,
the Town Board of the Town of
Boston duly adopted a Resolution,
an abstract of which
follows, which Resolution is
subject to a Permissive Referendum
pursuant to Article 7 of the
Towh Law of the State of New
York.
Said Resolution established
the position of a second Town
Justice in the Town of Boston
with a position to be filled at
the next biennial Town election,
to be held in Novemt>er,
1993. The initial term of the additional
Town Justice shall commence
on January 1,1994 and
shall run'for Two (!) Years.
Thereafter, the Town Justice
posiKon will be for a Four (4)
Year term and shall be elected
to the appropriate biennial
Town election, as provided by
law.
