NUMBER 1993-47<br />

At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of<br />

Boston, Erie County, New York , held at the Boston Town Hall, 8500<br />

Boston State <strong>Road</strong>, Boston, New York, on the 15th day of December,<br />

1993 at 7:30 o'clock in the evening Eastern Tirae there were:<br />

Supervisor Kennedy presented the following Resolution and<br />

moved its adoption:<br />

BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Boston<br />

that, pursuant to Town Law § 64, the road designated Greenbrier<br />

Drive on the Szalay Development Subdivision filed in the Erie<br />

County Clerk's Office under Map Cover 2630 be and the same is<br />

hereby renamed Greenbrier Terrace, and be it further<br />

RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Boston that,<br />

pursuant to Town Law § 64, the road named Appletree Drive<br />

(sometimes known as Appletree <strong>Road</strong>) in the Town of Boston and the<br />

cul-de-sac, situated at the westerly section of Appletree Drive,<br />

currently designated as Sundown Drive be and the same is hereby<br />

renamed, in its entirety, Appletree <strong>Road</strong>.<br />

Seconded by Councilman Flowers and put to a vote which<br />

resulted as follows:<br />
