Joseph Antes: As long as it stays as it is. Supervisor Kennedy: Nothing changes. Glen Martz, 5537 Ripple Drive: There is a discrepancy between a line on my survey and the raap that was sent to rae. Town Attorney Perley: At the bottora of the whole raap there is a disclaimer that states this map is not to be relied upon for conveyancing purposes. If there was a dispute between Mr Martz's survey and the tax maps, the survey would control. A raotion was raade by Councilman wittmeyer and seconded by Councilman Flowers to close the Public Hearing at 8:19 P.H. five (5) Ayes Carried A raotion was raade by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by Councilman Wittmeyer to make the corrections. five (5) Ayes TOWN CLERK REPORT Carried A) Registrar of Vital Statistics Report for Noveraber 1993 received and on file in the Town Clerk's Office. Town Clerk Shenk: I would like to say goodbye to Councilman Wittmeyer and Councilman Zimmerman. It has been an honor serving with them and there are two things I will always remember about them. Councilman Wittmeyer has allowed rae to call hira "Grandpa". For ten years I haven't had a. grandfather. The thing I will remember most about Councilraan Ziimnerman, at the end of most Board Meetings, one of the four Board Merabers will always make a motion to adjourn the meeting but nine times out of ten nobody ever seconds it. So I look at Dave and he always gives me a second on that m.otion. Otherwise we'd be sitting here for a long tirae. TOWM ATTORNEY REPORT Town Attorney Perley has prepared a Resolution to change Greenbrier Drive to Greenbrier Terrace and Appletree Drive to Appletree Road. Orraus Davenport, 4957 Appletree Road: We always called it Appletree Road and not Appletree Drive. Town Attorney Perley : Appletree Road it is. RESOLUTION 1993 - 47 GREENBRIER DRIVE IS RENAMED GREENBRIER TERRACE AND APPLETREE DRIVE IS RENAMED APPLETREE ROAD. An agreeraent was reached with the residents of upper Crestwood Circle and the Town to convey to the Schraidlih faraily of 7443 Crestwood Circle, a spare 25 feet of right-of-way of Crestwood Circle. The Highway Superintendent raust certify to abandon that portion of the right-a-away and issue a certificate. The Town Board can then adopt a Resolution subject to permissive referendum to convey the property and the Board can pass the Resolution at a subsequent meeting. There is a drainage problem at Maplelawn and Pinehurst Drive intersection. I have prepared easements for the Supervisor who is going to go out as our agent and when he gets them executed I will file them. This will allo'rf the Town to go in there and do whatever necessary to alleviate the problem. ,5e^. Mil r^m J 1.
A TOWNOFBOSTON NEW YORK RESOLUTION NUMBER 1993-47 At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Boston, Erie County, New York , held at the Boston Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, on the 15th day of December, 1993 at 7:30 o'clock in the evening Eastern Tirae there were: Present: Richard L. Kennedy Milton I. Wlttmeyer David G. Zimmerman Don A. Wohlhueter Mark W. Flowers Absent: Supervisor Councilman Councilman Councilman Councilman Supervisor Kennedy presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Boston that, pursuant to Town Law § 64, the road designated Greenbrier Drive on the Szalay Development Subdivision filed in the Erie County Clerk's Office under Map Cover 2630 be and the same is hereby renamed Greenbrier Terrace, and be it further RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Boston that, pursuant to Town Law § 64, the road named Appletree Drive (sometimes known as Appletree Road) in the Town of Boston and the cul-de-sac, situated at the westerly section of Appletree Drive, currently designated as Sundown Drive be and the same is hereby renamed, in its entirety, Appletree Road.
