REGULAR BOARD MEETING<br />

DECEMBER 15, 1993<br />

Town Clerk Shenk read the legal<br />

notice and Supervisor Kennedy<br />

convened the Public Hearing.<br />

Councilman Zimmerman noted the<br />

only change was that there are<br />

now two payments to allow<br />

flexibility for payment.<br />

A motion was made by Councilraan<br />

Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to close<br />

the Public Hearing at 8:02 P.M.<br />

five (5) Ayes<br />

A motion was raade by Councilraan<br />

Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to enter into<br />

a contract with the Boston Eraergency<br />

Squad, Inc. for furnishing arabulance<br />

services in the araount of $19,715 per<br />

annura for the year 1994.<br />

At 8:05 P.H. a Public Hearing was held for the purpose of<br />

considering and entering into a contract with the Boston Historical<br />

Society. Inc. for the preservation of historical records and<br />

objects, in the amount of $3,900 per annum for the year 1994.<br />

Town Clerk Shenk read the Public Notice and Supervisor Kennedy<br />

convened the Public Hearing. There were no questions or comments.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Wittmeyer to close the Public Hearing at 8:08 P.M.<br />

five (5) Ayes Carried<br />

A raotion was made by Councilraan Wittraeyer and seconded by<br />

Supervisor Kennedy to enter into a contract with the Boston<br />

Historical Society, Inc. for the preservation of historical records<br />

and objects; in the araount of $3,900 per annura for the year 1994.<br />

At 8:10 P.M. a Public Hearing was held for the purpose of Rezoning<br />

the Brunner property at 7115 Boston State <strong>Road</strong> & the Murphy<br />

Property at 7111 Boston State <strong>Road</strong>. Town Clerk Shenk read the<br />

Public Notice and Supervisor Kennedy convened the Public Hearing.<br />

Town Clerk Shenk stated that the Commercial Zoning Application<br />

Pending Sign was placed on Brunner's property and 24 neighboring<br />

owners were notified by mail.<br />

Town Attorney Perley said the purpose of this Hearing is not to<br />

change but to correct an error and do what the Town Board had<br />

originally intended to do.<br />

Joseph Antes, 5554 Northside Drive: None of the people named are<br />

on the map. Murphy is zoned R2, residential and Cl is the existing<br />

restaurant. Part of Hurphy's property now is Brunner's parking<br />

lot.<br />
