WHEREAS, In spite of the increased patronage to the<br />

Library, budget difficulties in the Erie County Government have<br />

resulted in loss of funding and a reduction resources to employ<br />

personnel to assist patrons to the Library; and<br />

WHEREAS, Mrs. Rogger has donated significant amounts her<br />

time to maintain the high level of service that all residents of<br />

Boston and its neighboring Towns have come to expect frora the<br />

Boston Free Library; and<br />

WHEREAS, Mrs. Rogger, has worked tirelessly to improve<br />

the Library through such projects as the Library Expansion and the<br />

installation of a paved driveway and parking lot.<br />

NOW THEREFORE:<br />

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Boston<br />

hereby congratulates Edna M. Rogger on her twenty-five years of<br />

service at the Boston Free Library; and be it further<br />

RESOLVED, that the Town Board herein expresses its<br />

appreciation on behalf of itself and on behalf of all the past and<br />

present residents of the Town of Boston for the many years of<br />

dedicated service, provided by Edna M. Rogger, to the Boston<br />

Community.<br />
