REGULAR BOARD MEETING<br />

DECEMBER 1, 1993<br />

TOWN HALL<br />

7:30 P.M.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by (iouncilman<br />

Flowers to approve the Public Improvement Perrait at 6657 Redwing<br />

Drive for Kevin Hesse contingent on Mr. Hesse's payment for the<br />

Town Engineer Inspection fee in the range of up to $60/hr.<br />

five (5) Ayes Carried<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Wittraeyer to set the end of year meeting for December 31, 1993 at<br />

10:00 A.M..<br />

SUPERVISOR REPORT<br />

A) Supervisor's Monthly Financial Report for November 1993<br />

received and on file in the Town Clerk's Office.<br />

Letters were received from County Legislatures Albert Benedetti and<br />

Fred Marshall supporting the request to recoramend the County<br />

Legislature consider reinstatement of the position of Rural Planner<br />

which is currently held by Larry Barts.<br />

Town Clerk was asked to set aside January 1, 1993, 10:30 A.M. for<br />

the Swearing-in-Ceremony.<br />

SUPERINTENDENT OF HIGHWAYS REPORT<br />

Superintendent of Highways Ruchalski met with the District Engineer<br />

of Erie County, Gary Kane, and it is to go on record that Erie<br />

County will continue to snowplow and sand the access road.<br />

TOWN ATTORNEY<br />

Town Attorney Perley stated that there is an error in the zoning<br />

map. The Boston Garden restaurant is zoned Rl and should be zoned<br />

Cl. Murphy's is zoned Cl and should be zoned R2.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to schedule the Public Hearing for December<br />

15, 1993 at 8:10 P.M. to correct the Zoning raap.<br />

A meeting was held with the Crestwood Circle residents and we<br />

discussed the following topics:<br />

1) The current status of the fence at lower Crestwood Circle.<br />

2) A legal document will be prepared to reduce the right-of-way of<br />

upper Crestwood Circle from 75 feet to 50 feet to make the circle<br />

uniform. This will be presented at the next Board Meeting.<br />

Deeds were received from Mr. and Mrs. Coakely, and Mr. and Mrs.<br />

Helmbrecht of Lango <strong>Road</strong> for the turn-a-round which is part of the<br />

Water Extension Project. A deed was also received for the Willow<br />

Drive turn-a-round from Mr. Bernardi.<br />

Easements were received and signed by Mr. Mooney and Mr. Coakely<br />

for the installation of the water line in water district #1. These<br />

will be on file in the Clerk's Office.<br />

COUNCILMAH REPORT<br />

Councilman Flowers requested the use of the Town Hall, Court Room<br />

and the Community Room on January 1, 1993 at 1:00 P.H. for the<br />

Swearing-in-Ceremonies.<br />
