REGULAR BOARD MEETING<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Zijnmerman to approve the temporary Certificate of Occupancy for lot<br />

#10 in the Boston Hills Estates and return the payment for lot #5.<br />

five (S) Ayes Carried<br />

Katherlne Falkides, Boston Hills Estates, requested that Town Clerk<br />

Shenk hold the check until Lot #5 is approved.<br />

A request was made by residents of the Crestwood Circle.area to<br />

have a 50 ft. right-of-way opened that has been recently closed.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy commented this seems to be a legal matter as to<br />

the proper_ownership of this piece of land. This will be referred<br />

to the Towh Attorney.<br />

Town Attorney perley will arrange a raeeting with the people on<br />

Crestwood Circle.<br />

RESOLUTION 1993 - 45 WEISHAAR OUT-OF-DISTRICT WATER SERVICE<br />

At the recommendation of Recreation Director Gerald O'Brien a<br />

motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by Councilman<br />

Wittmeyer to appoint the following to the Friday Night Recreation<br />

Program, term to expire 12/31/93.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy received a comraunication from the NYSDEC, Re:<br />

Notice of Public Hearing for the (PRAP) Proposed Remedial Action<br />

Plan for the TNT Battery hazardous waste site at 8338 Boston State<br />

<strong>Road</strong>. This hearing will be held at the Town Hall on 12/7/93, 7:00<br />

P.M. thru 9:00 P.M.. All those interested please attend.<br />

A motion was raade by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Flowers to appoint Gary Gomlak, 8719 Park Drive to the Conservation<br />

Advisory Council, term to expire on 3/1/96.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Councilman Flowers to schedule a Public Hearing for the annual<br />

renewal of the Emergency Squad contract at 8:00 P.M. and Boston<br />

Historical Society contract for 8:05 P.M. on December 15, 1993.<br />
