Kennedy Milton Z. Wlttmeyer David G. Zimmerman Don A. Wohlhueter Mark w. Flowers Absent: Supervisor Councilman Councilman Councilman Councilman Councilman Zimmerman presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Boston, being familiar with the requirements of the Cable Act of 1992 concerning cable television rates, hereby elects to have the New York State Commission on Cable Television undertake rate regulations for the said Town of Boston in compliance with the Federal Law as implemented by the Federal Communications Commission; and be it further RESOLVED that the election of the Town Board made by this Resolution may be altered and/ or reversed pusuant to Section 592-3.5 of the Rules and Regualtions of the New York State Commission on Cable Television (9 N.Y.CR.R, § 5?2-3.5). Seconded by Supervisor Kennedy and put to a vote which resulted as follows: J J
