Town Attorney Perley commented that he has provided for the Town
Board Members, the final draft, including a Sunset Provision to
expire Local Law #r on May 31, 1994 unless extended by the Town
BoSruauoptiRg-a resolution.
Supervisor Kennedy coraraented that the Sunset Provision has been
placed to test this Local Law for its ability to be implemented.
A motion was raade by Councilman Flowers and Seconded by Councilman
Zimmerman to Adopt Local Law #1 1993.

Councilman Flowers extended his thanks to Town Attorney Perley
for his work on Local Law #1 1993.
Letter froin William Nellis, President of Erie County Assessors
Association, with regard to the sale of Assessor Information to
vendors.
RESOLUTION 1993 - 43 SALE OF ASSESSOR DATA
Letter from Browney & Marion Czajka requesting a variance to build
a 15' x 20' garage on Lot #5 at Boston Hills Estates.
Supervisor Kennedy commented that in the current Mobile Home Courts
Law, a garage is considered living space. The Czajka's have stated
in their letter that the garage will not be used as living space.
A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by
Councilman Wittmeyer that the request of Browney & Marion Czajka
be referred to the Planning Board for their review and comment, and
also seek comment on the current Mobile Home Courts Law that an
enclosed garage is in fact living space.

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by
Councilman Wohlhueter to issue the final payment to Klarberg, Inc.
on the South Boston Park Drainage Project and to approve the

A) Supervisor's Monthly Financial Report for October 1993,
received and on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy arid seconded by Councilman
Flowers to Authorize Supervisor Kennedy to sign an agreement to
have T.V.G.A. to do all engineering work required to obtain a
feasibility study on the extension of the water lines across Keller
Road and establish a site for a new Pump Station and Water Tank to
boost the pressure as needed. This would be in the araount of
$2,500.00 and billed to Water District #2.
