REGULAR BOARD MEETING<br />

NOVEMBER 3, 1993<br />

7:30 P.M.<br />

Town Attorney Perley commented that he has provided for the Town<br />

Board Members, the final draft, including a Sunset Provision to<br />

expire Local Law #r on May 31, 1994 unless extended by the Town<br />

BoSruauoptiRg-a resolution.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy coraraented that the Sunset Provision has been<br />

placed to test this Local Law for its ability to be implemented.<br />

A motion was raade by Councilman Flowers and Seconded by Councilman<br />

Zimmerman to Adopt Local Law #1 1993.<br />

Councilman Flowers extended his thanks to Town Attorney Perley<br />

for his work on Local Law #1 1993.<br />

Letter froin William Nellis, President of Erie County Assessors<br />

Association, with regard to the sale of Assessor Information to<br />

vendors.<br />

RESOLUTION 1993 - 43 SALE OF ASSESSOR DATA<br />

Letter from Browney & Marion Czajka requesting a variance to build<br />

a 15' x 20' garage on Lot #5 at Boston Hills Estates.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy commented that in the current Mobile Home Courts<br />

Law, a garage is considered living space. The Czajka's have stated<br />

in their letter that the garage will not be used as living space.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer that the request of Browney & Marion Czajka<br />

be referred to the Planning Board for their review and comment, and<br />

also seek comment on the current Mobile Home Courts Law that an<br />

enclosed garage is in fact living space.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wohlhueter to issue the final payment to Klarberg, Inc.<br />

on the South Boston Park Drainage Project and to approve the<br />

A) Supervisor's Monthly Financial Report for October 1993,<br />

received and on file in the Town Clerk's Office.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy arid seconded by Councilman<br />

Flowers to Authorize Supervisor Kennedy to sign an agreement to<br />

have T.V.G.A. to do all engineering work required to obtain a<br />

feasibility study on the extension of the water lines across Keller<br />

<strong>Road</strong> and establish a site for a new Pump Station and Water Tank to<br />

boost the pressure as needed. This would be in the araount of<br />

$2,500.00 and billed to Water District #2.<br />
