REGULAR BOARD MEETING
NOVEMBER 3, 1993
Present were Councilman Mark W. Flowers, Councilman Don A.
Wohlhueter, Councilman David G. Zimmerman, Councilman Hilton I.
Wittmeyer, Supervisor Richard L. Kennedy, Town Attorney Michael F.
Perley, and Highway Superintendent Eugene E. Ruchalski.
A raotion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by
Counciiman Wohlhueter to accept the correction and adoption of the
miniites of the October 20, 1993 Regular Board Meeting.

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded byD-^ Tr^^
Councilman Wittmeyer that the General Fund and Special District (^si''^*-"'
Bills on Abstract #11 dated November 3, 1993 in the amount of ^icv ^^"'
$23,019.20 be paid. ^

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by
Councilman Flowers to approve the correction of Abstract #10A dated
October 20, 1993 as follows:

A motion was made by Councilman Flowers and seconded by Supervisor
Kennedy that the Highway Bills on Abstract #11 dated November 3,
1993 in the amount of $9,068.59 be paid.

A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by
Supervisor Kennedy to accept the Town Clerk's Report for October
1993.

Notice from State Senate Comraittee on Local Government informing of
a Public Hearing at Stewart Airport in Newburgh, New York on
November 18, 1993, 11:00 A.M. to hear public comments on "The Role
of New York State in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)",
received and on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
Letter from Robert Mendez, Commissioner Erie County Department of
Senior Services giving notice of scheduled meetings to outline the
several changes being raade in the 1993-94 HEAP Prograra.
Supervisor Kennedy commented that applications for these meetings
are on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
Letter received from Michael Faloney, Accounting Manager for
Adelphia Cable, with regard to our serai-annual franchise check in
the amount of $17,854.89.
Supervisor Kennedy comraended the Town Attorney for the work he has
done with our agreeraent with Adelphia Cable.
Letter received from David M. Regan, 7420 Chestnut Ridge Road,
expressing his interest to serve on the East Hill Review Committee
for Buildings, received and on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
Supervisor Kennedy commented that action on this letter can not be

taken until this Committee has been officially formed.
