REGULAR BOARD MEETING

A motion was raade by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman
Wittmeyer to approve the Boston Hills Estates Annual License to
expire June 30, 1994.

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilraan
Wohlhueter to approve the new lots #7, #9, and #22 at the Boston
Hills Estates provided that they are in conforraance with the Code
Enforcement Officers inspection, that he be directed to issue
Temporary Certificates of Occupancy. When this area is complete
there will be more work done on the roadway.

John and Katherlne Falkides submitted photocopies of a petition
with one hundred and seventy-two (172) signatures requesting that
the Town Board take the following action:
1) Reduce the Speed Limit on "Boston State Road in
vicinity of Boston Hills Estates from 55 mph to 40 mph.
2) Change order to close North entrance to Boston Hills
Homes.
3) Eliminate annual fee of $15.00 per home assessed against
manufactured horaes in Boston.
4) Elirainate the annual inspection of manufactured housing
communities in Boston.
Received and on file in the Clerk's Office.
Supervisor Kennedy commented that there are a number of items in
this petition and would like to give all the Board Merabers an
opportunity to review what has been stated in this petition and to
respond to them.
Councilraan Wittmeyer commented ori the speed limit request, that an
extensive study was done on the Boston State Road about five years
ago to get the speed limit reduced to 45 mph frora town line to town
line. We were denied that at that time. He suggested that maybe
we should keep resubmitting this request until it is granted.
It takes six months or raore to get a study completed.
A raotion was raade by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilraan
Flowers to submit an application to Erie County asking that the
speed limit on the areas of Boston State Road that are 55 mph be
reduced frora 55 mph to 45 mph.

Supervisor Kennedy with regards to the other items in the petition
the town has to study thera and raake a decision based on what their
findings are. There has never been a problera nor would there be a
problera with any of the fire corapanies getting down the roadway as
it presently exists. These items will have to be thought out and
action taken at a later date.
A-motion was raade by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman
Flowers to renew the contract with Jean O'Connell & Associates,
Grants Consultants to expire October 22, 1994 at the sum of $14,400
payable $1,200 per month.
