A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to assign the following work days to be<br />

reported by New York State Retirement purposes for elected and<br />

appointed Town Personnel with six (6) hours being designated as<br />

a work day:<br />

Supervisor 20 Days<br />

Town Justice 12<br />

Town Prosecutor P/T 8<br />

Councilman 8<br />

Councilman, Dep. Supvsr. 12<br />

Dep. Code Enforcement 7<br />

Assessor 20<br />

Town Attorney 12<br />

Court Officer 5<br />

Dep. Town Attorney 7<br />

For a seven (7) day work week a motion to designate the<br />

following elected and appointed positions as full-time based on<br />

a seven (7) hour work day for New York State Retirement<br />

purposes:<br />

Town Clerk 7<br />

Superintendent of Hwys. 7<br />

Bookkeeper to Supervisor 7<br />

Clerk to Town Justice 7<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer, the following are the Holidays set for the<br />

Town of Boston as part of contract or arrangement we have with<br />

the Highway Department and Clerical work:<br />

January 1, 1993 - New Year's Day, January 18, 1993 - Martin<br />

Luther King, Jr. (Day Observed), February 15, 1993 - Patriot's<br />

Day, April 9, 1993 - Good Friday, May 31, 1993 - Memorial Day<br />

(Day Observed), July 5, 1993 - Independence Day (Day Observed),<br />

September 6, 1993 - Labor Day, October 11, 1993 - Columbus Day<br />

(Day Observed), November 2, 1993 - Election Day, November 11,<br />

1993 - Veteran's Day, November 25, 1993 - Thanksgiving Day,<br />

December 25, 1993 - Christmas Day.<br />

Received a letter of request from Cold Spring Construction<br />

Company, General Contractors, to rezone the Carol Seamon<br />

property on Pfarner <strong>Road</strong> from R/A to M2<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Zimmerman to direct the Town Clerk to Schedule and<br />

Publish a Public Hearing for Hednesday, February 3, 1993 at 8:00<br />

P.M. to consider the rezoning of the Carol Seamon property on<br />

Pfarner <strong>Road</strong> from R/A to M2. Also, to refer this application to<br />

the Planning Board for review<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Supervisor Kennedy to adopt the Highway Specs for the year 1993.<br />

Letter received from the Chamber of Commerce requesting use of<br />

the Town Park on Saturday, August 7, 1993 for a one day Craft<br />

Show.<br />
