340 REGULAR BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 15, 1993 TOWN HALL 7:30 P.M. A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by Supervisor Kennedy to grant a building permit to Loren J. & Dorothy A. Bowers, 8964 Boston State Road as per the recommendation of the Planning Board. five (5) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Councilraan Wittraeyer seconded by Councilraan Flowers to approve the appointment of the following 1993 Boston Patriot Cheerleading Coaches: Mary Ann Mulawka Mary Lou Williams Theresa Eveades Sue Boswell Nanette Mead Debbie Willis Bonnie Clesse five (5) Ayes Rosis Gastle Diane Emerling Barbara Cudeck Sue Kersten Kathy Munch Debbie Gastle Carried A motion was raade by Councilman Wohlhueter seconded by Councilman Ziraraerraan to approve the appointraent of the following 1993 Boston Patriot Football Coaches and Assistant Coaches: Head Coach Asst Coach Asst Coach Asst Coach Asst Coach Head Coach Asst Coach Asst Coach Asst Coach five (5) Ayes SUPERVISOR REPORT VARSITY FRESHMAN Paul McCarthy Dale Clifford Terry McCarthy Gary House Terry Lunser Paul Dionne Rick Weber Don Smith Gary Steinmetz Carried A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Flowers to support the request Erie County Sheriff Higgins to fill the vacancies that presently exist in the Sheriff's Office. Direct Town Clerk Shenk to send a letter to both County Legislator Marshall, County Executive Gorski, and Sheriff Higgins in support of this request. five (5) Ayes Carried Supervisor Kennedy asked Town Attorney Perley when he drafts the contract to the Emergency Squad to make sure that he includes two (2) payments. I have negotiated what we feel is an equitable settlement with the Emergency Squad as far as the new budget is concerned. They would like to have payment in two (2) appropriations one on January 1, 1994 and the other before April 30, 1994 this will allow them latitude because they have depleted their surplus. A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by Councilraan Zimmerman to approve arrangements that were made with the Erie County Water Authority between the towns of Colden, Orchard Park, Boston, and Aurora where they all signed a document that indicate that Boston's responsibility in the new water project will be the construction of a tank in an area to be selected at an J

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Boston, Erie County, New York, request the Erie County Board of Elections to permit the consolidation of Boston's seven (7) Election Districts into one (1) district at the Boston Town Hali, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York for the purpose of registering voters on October 2, 1993.
