Supervisor Kennedy stated that some problem areas exist in the Sprague Mobile Home Park, which he. Deputy Supervisor Hittmeyer and Code Enforcement Officer Kramer inspected because of complaints received. Supervisor Kennedy scheduled a tentative inspection of the Sprague Manufactured Housing Community for Saturday, January 23, 1993 at 10:00 A.M. Supervisor requested that the Code Enforcement and/Or the Deputy Code Enforcement in the interim period take photographs of the areas in question at the Sprague Mobile Home Park. A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Wittmeyer to set Petty Cash Funds as follows: five (5) Supervisor $ 25.00 Town Clerk 200.00 Town Justice 100.00 Highway Superintendent 25.00 Carried A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Wohlhueter to appoint Eugene Ruchalski, Delegate to the Association of Towns Meeting in New York City, on February 1993. five (5) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Zimmerman to allow lending funds from one account to another. A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Wittmeyer to assign the following work days to be reported by New York State Retirement purposes for elected and appointed Town Personnel with six (6) hours being designated as a work day: Supervisor 20 Days Town Justice 12 Town Prosecutor P/T 8 Councilman 8 Councilman, Dep. Supvsr. 12 Dep. Code Enforcement 7 Assessor 20 Town Attorney 12 Court Officer 5 Dep. Town Attorney 7 For a seven (7) day work week a motion to designate the following elected and appointed positions as full-time based on a seven (7) hour work day for New York State Retirement purposes: Town Clerk 7 Superintendent of Hwys. 7 Bookkeeper to Supervisor 7 Clerk to Town Justice 7 Days five (5) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Wittmeyer, the following are the Holidays set for the Town of Boston as part of contract or arrangement we have with the Highway Department and Clerical work: January 1, 1993 - New Year's Day, January 18, 1993 - Martin Luther King, Jr. (Day Observed), February 15, 1993 - Patriot's Day, April 9, 1993 - Good Friday, May 31, 1993 - Memorial Day (Day Observed), July 5, 1993 - Independence Day (Day Observed), September 6, 1993 - Labor Day, October 11, 1993 - Columbus Day (Day Observed), November 2, 1993 - Election Day, November 11, 1993 - Veteran's Day, November 25, 1993 - Thanksgiving Day, December 25, 1993 - Christmas Day. five (5) Ayes Carried Received a letter of request from Cold Spring Construction Company, General Contractors, to rezone the Carol Seamon property on Pfarner Road from R/A to M2 A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Zimmerman to direct the Town Clerk to Schedule and Publish a Public Hearing for Hednesday, February 3, 1993 at 8:00 P.M. to consider the rezoning of the Carol Seamon property on Pfarner Road from R/A to M2. Also, to refer this application to the Planning Board for review five (5) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by Supervisor Kennedy to adopt the Highway Specs for the year 1993. five (5) Ayes Carried Letter received from the Chamber of Commerce requesting use of the Town Park on Saturday, August 7, 1993 for a one day Craft Show.
