that salary following the misprint in the riewspaper. The agreed
upon figure for rental was one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars. In
order to accommodate the change in the salary and leave the Town
Clerk in an equal position to where he was the Board agreed to make
this amount eight hundred ($800.00).
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Cbuncilman
Zimmerman to grant Town Clerk Shenk use of the Town Hall for the
collection of the 1993-94 Hamburg School Taxes paying the sum of
eight hundred ($800.00) dollars for use of the facility.

A motion was made by SupervJ.s6r Kennedy and seconded by Councilman
Flowers to grant the Architectural Firm of CCS (Carol Case
Syracuse, Architects) be retained to be the architect for the Town
Hall Addition at a Rate not to exceed 9%.

David Regan, 7420 Chestnut Ridge Rd: Where aire you getting the E.
Hill Water from? Is that going to be a million gallon tank?
Supervisor Kennedy: We proposed a smaller tank of 250,000 gallons.
The Water Authority said 500,000 gallon. If that is the case we
would like to keep it as short as possible because we are not
looking for pressure with this tank^ We are going to have to
rainiraize the pressure because in the valley it is going to boost
pressures in sorae areas up to 115 lbs.
Town Attorney Perley: The water is coming out of the valley. We
will be pumping it up.
Supervisor Kennedy: We will pump it up the hill to the area where
the tank is. We will have to put a pump station in.
David Regan: The only houses that are going to be served are the
ones on the private driveway?
Supervisor Kennedy: No. The people will be served on Chestnut
Ridge Road from the base of the hill to the driveway that goes in
on Mr. Huesinger's property.
David Regan: People 3,000 feet from Crestwood Circle on Chestnut
Ridge Road will not get water?
Supervisor Kennedy: That is true.
Town Attorney Perley: I can't guarantee you that the water will go
up as high as where that line will terminate. We are going to have
to calculate when we finally determine the exact elevation of the
tank and its exact size.
David Regan: When the other part of the hill gets service than
everyone on the east hill will be serviced in that area.
Town Attorney Perley: without looking at all the maps I can't
guarantee the answer to that question.
