Zimmerman, Supervisor Richard L. Kennedy, and Town Attorney Michael F. Perley. Absent: Highway Superintendent Eugene E. Ruchalski. Supervisor Kennedy has recently been appointed by Supervisor Mill, President of the Association of Erie County Governments to participate in an inter-municipal committee that v/ill be dealing with the Geographic Information System. Letter from Patricia A. Sportelli, Regional Director Local Assessment Services Re: Annual Real Property System licensing fee, received and on file in the Clerk's Office. Councilman Flowers as what the Dollar value of the licensing fee is? William Kleis, Assessor responded that we pay an annual fee of four-hundred-fifty ($450,00) dollars. This is a considerable saving over what we use to pay the county. Received frbm James P. Nolan, M.D., Pres. Erie County Board of Health a copy of a proposed amendment to the Erie County Sanitary Code. Public Hearing will be held July 28, 1993 at 3:30 P.M. in Room 904 of the Rath County Office Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, N.Y. received and on file in the Clerk's office. Letter received from Erie County Legislature Frederick Marshall announcing Food Distribution to be held on Tuesday, August 3, 1993 at the Boston Town Hall from 9:00 A.M. until supplies are exhausted. Letter received from Eugene F. Wardzinski, Engineer-in-Charge, NYSDOT Re: Contractors work schedule - week of July 26, 1993. West Hill Road and Tillen Road will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of this phase of the project. Pfarner Road will be open to thru traffic. Supervisor Kennedy directed the Town Clerk to forward this letter to the Emergency Squad, the three (3) Fire Companies in_ town and the New York State Police so that they are aware of the construction status if any emergencies occur. Letter received from Sharon West, Deputy Commissioner-Planning, Erie County Department of Environment and Planning Re: "Coordination of Local Planning with Agricultural Districts Program" on file in the Clerk's Office. Supervisor Kennedy referred this letter to Town Attorney Perley for his review so that he can advise both the Planning Board and other agencies of the government that act on areas that might be included in agricultural districts. At 7:45 P.M. a Public Hearing was held regarding the establishment of the Lango Road Extension #1 to Boston Water District #1. Town Clerk Shenk read the Legal Notice. Notices were sent to all the property owners of Lango Road which numbered seven (7). Supervisor Kennedy convened the Public Hearing. Supervisor Kennedy asked Town Attorney Perley to the process of Lango Road Extension #1. l*
