hereby authorized to be issued a $70,000.00 Bond Anticipation Note
of said Town.
SECTION 2. Specific reference is hereby made to a
Resolution entitled "Serial Bond Resolution Dated July 14, 1993",
authorizing the issuance and sale of Serial Bonds of the Town of
Boston, New York, which Resolution authorized the Bonds in
anticipation of the sale of which the Note hereby authorized is to
be issued.
SECTION 3. The amount of the Bonds to be issued for
the aforesaid object or purpose is $70,000.00, and such bonds shall
be Serial Bonds.
SECTICN 4. The amount of the Bond Anticipation Note
to be issued is $70,000.00. Such Note shall be dated July 14, 1993
and shall be numbered "No.l", and shall mature July 14, 1994,
bearing interest at the rate not exceeding four percent (4%) per
annum, payable at maturity. Such Note shall be signed by the
Supervisor of said Town, and be attested by the Town Clerk of said
Town, and both principal of and interest on said Note shall be
payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the
Boston Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York or such
other address designated on said Note. Such Note shall be
substantially the form as the copy of said Note hereto annexed.
SECTION 5. Said Note shall be payable from the
proceeds derived from the sale of said Bonds or otherwise be
redeemed in the manner provided by Section 23.00 of the Local
Finance Law.
SECTION 6. The faith and credit of said Town are
irrevocably pledged for the payment of said Note and interest
thereon.
