Supervisor Kennedy to appoint Robert Steiner to the position of<br />

Deputy Dog Control Officer, salary $2,800.00 per year, term to<br />

expire December 31, 1993.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy to appoint Dolores Seufert, Senior Citizen<br />

Group Leader in Dolores Seufert's absence Ruth Garrison will<br />

take charge, salary $25.00 per meeting, term to expire December<br />

31, 1993.<br />

Councrlman Hohlhueter to appoint Hilliam Forness to the newly<br />

created position of HEO Trainee, to work in both the Highway and<br />

Parks Departments, including the maintenance of the new<br />

Cemetery, salary $8.00 per hour, term to expire December 31,<br />

1993.<br />

Councilman Hittmeyer defined the benefits of the Firemen's<br />

Retirement Program and advised that once the Fire Companies have<br />

certified the people that are eligible for retirement there is<br />

going to be at least a three month delay in the issuing of<br />

payment from Penn Mutual Insurance Company. The first check<br />

will be retro-active January 1st, and payment will be issued the<br />

1st of each month thereafter.<br />

Town Attorney Perley advised that there is -a ten (10) year<br />

guarantee. The program will pay the retired firemen for life<br />

with a ten (10) year guarantee for the beneficiary.<br />
