Present were Councilman Don A. Wohlhueter, David G. Zimmerman)<br />

Councilman Milton I. Wittmeyer. Supervisor Richard L. Kennedy, and<br />

TOK.'P. Attorney .Michael ?. Perley.<br />

Absent: Counciiman Mark W. Flowers<br />

Superintendent of Highways Eugene E. Ruchalski<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Councilman Zimmerman to accept the correction and adoption of the<br />

minutes of the June 16, 1993 Regular Board Meeting.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Zimmerman that the General Fund and Special District<br />

Bills on Abstract #7, dated July 14, 1993 in the amount ot.a^^(UM'. ./,-.—-<br />

$ 281,996.67 be paid,<br />

four (4) Ayes<br />

A Motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wohlhueter that the Highway Bills on Abstract #7, dated<br />

July 14, 1993 in the amount of $ 28,393.23 be paid.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman wittmeyer to accept the correction of Highway Fund<br />

Abstract #6A dated June 16, 1993:<br />

Letter from Jack Quinn, Member of Congress providing the Town of<br />

Boston a list of Federal jobs currently available.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy directed the Town Clerk to post this listing<br />

on the bulletin Board and any future listing received should also<br />

be posted for public review.<br />

Letter from Ralph Marino, State Senate acknowledging receipt of<br />

Town of Boston Resolution 1993-21 received and on file in the<br />

Clerk's office.<br />

Letter frora Randy Myers, Re: NYSEG Lighting Proposal for Town Hall<br />

Lane, six (6) - 24,700 Lumen (250 Watt) High Pressure Sodium Flood<br />

Lights on two (2) NYSEG poles and four (4) poles installed and<br />

owned by the Town of Eoston received and on file in the Clerk's<br />

office.<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer commented that the Boston Seniors have been<br />

notified of Project Care.<br />
