TOWN OF BOSTON NEW YORK RESOLUTION NUMBER 1993-24 At a Regular Heeting of the Town Board of the Town of Boston, Erie County, New York , held at the Boston Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, on the 16th day of June, 1993 at 7:30 o'clock in the evening Eastern Time there were: Present: Richard L. Kennedy Don A. Wohlhueter Mark w. Flowers Absent: Milton I. Wittmeyer David G. Zimmerman Supervisor Councilman Councilman Councilman Councilman Supervisor Kennedy presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New York the Town Board of the Town of Boston hereby consents to the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Boston dedicating that portion of the road designated as George Drive on a certain survey of N.E.S.W. Land Surveying Company as described on a certain deed from Palmer Building Concepts, Inc. to the Town of Boston dated the 13th day of April, 1993 and recorded in the office of the Erie County Clerk on the 15th day of June, 1993 in Liber 10676 of Deeds at Page 436 as a Town Highway in the Town of Boston upon reeipt of proof that Palmer Building Concepts, Inc. has installed water and sewer service in said property in accordance with the specifications of the Erie County Water Authority and Erie County Sewer District Number 3.
