EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OP LAND situate in the Town of
Boston, County of Erie and State of New York being part of Lots 2
and 56 , Township 8, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company's Survey
and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Farm Lot number 2
of the Holland Land Company's survey, said point being the
southwest corner of Farm Lot 56 of the said Holland Land
Company's survey; running thence west, along the south line of
Lot 2, a distance of five hundred eighty-four feet (584') more or
less to the westerly boundary of the Town of Boston Water
District No. 1 as established by prior Resolution of the Town
Board of the Town of Boston and running thence north, along the
westerly boundary of said Water District No. 1, a distance of
nine hundred thirty-one and seven tenths feet (931.7') to a point
in the boundary of said Water District No. 1 wherein said
boundary turns at right angles to the east ; running thence
easterly, and at right angles to the preceding course, initially
along the boundary of Water District No. i, and parallel to the
south line of Lot 2, a distance of five hundred ninety-four and
eighty-three one-hundredths feet (594.83') more or less to the
easterly line of Lot 2, also being the westerly line of Farm Lot
56 and continuing along the said course an additional distance of
two hundred feet (200.0') to a point; running thence southerly
and parallel to the east line of Lot 2 (also being the west line
of Lot 56) a distance of nine hundred thirty one and seven
tenths feet (931.7') more or less to the south line of Lot 56;
running thence west along the south line of Lot 56 a distance of
two hundred feet (200.0') more of less to the southwest corner of
Lot 56, said point also being the south east corner of Lot 2 and
further being the point and place of beginning.
