pipe together with the necessary valves, hydrants and other
appurtenances for service to all existing homes in the proposed
extension as well as making service available to any additional
homes built in the proposed extension; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioners have agreed to bear the expense of
the installation of the required improvements in such amounts and
in such manner as set forth in certain agreements executed by the
Petitioners on June 3, 1993, which said Agreements have been filed
with the Town Board of the Town of Boston together with the
Petition, excluding from such expense the cost of purchasing,
installing and maintaining a fire hydrant, if required, which said
cost will be borne by the Town of Boston Fire Protection District,
it is hereby
ORDERED, that a Public Hearing be held at a meeting of the
Town Board of the said Town of Boston in the Town Hall thereof,
8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, on the 21st day of July,
1993, at 7:55 P.M. o'clock in the evening of said date, to consider
said Petition and to hear all persons interested in the subject
matter thereof, concerning the same and for such other action on
the part of the said Town Board with relation to said Petition as
may be required by law or proper in the premises, and it is further
ORDERED, that the Town Clerk publish a copy of this
Resolution in the official newspaper of the Town of Boston as
required by law.
