to how that can be left before Cold Springs Construction can leave<br />

the premises.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy recommended that if Councilman Flowers feels<br />

that strongly- about this, he suggested that an amendment to the<br />

Town Code be drafted by Councilman Flowers how he would like to<br />

have it done and discuss this in depth at a Public Hearing.<br />

Councilman Flowers: I don't have a problem with them taking the<br />

soil, we just don't have any way of regulating what goes on.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy: Will ask the D.O.T. to supply the Board with<br />

their format as to how that will be restored afterwards so that you<br />

can review it. Also, a copy of the contractual agreement between<br />

Cold Spring Construction as signed with Mr. Bonerb as far as the<br />

restoration of his property.<br />

Town Attorney Perley: Advised Councilman Flov/ers that drafting<br />

legislation is not a conflict for him and if he would like to<br />

discuss amendments to this legislation he would be happy to work<br />

with him on it.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by<br />

Councilman Flowers to transfer General Funds:<br />

Letter received from S. Jerome Hawkins, P.E., DiDonato Associates<br />

Re: reconstruction of NY Route 277, SH 1665, NY Route 391 to Ward<br />

<strong>Road</strong>, in the Town of Boston on file in the Clerk's office.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy will ask the Capitol Improvements Committee and<br />

the Board if they have anything to submit and he will draft a<br />

letter to Mr. Hawkins of any concerns we might have with respect to<br />

this project.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy along with the Members of the Town Board did an<br />

onsite inspection of the Mobile Home Parks noting various<br />

corrections that need to be made. A letter was sent to Mr.<br />

Sprague, owner of the Sprague Hobile Home Park and also to Mr. &<br />

Mrs. John Falkides, owners of the Boston Hills Estates Mobile Home<br />

Park outlining the problems that V7ere found. Code Enforcement<br />

Officer Kramer and Supervisor Kennedy will check the respective<br />

Parks to see if the corrections in the communications have been<br />

made. If the corrections have been made or an earnest effort has<br />

been made Supervisor Kennedy will ask permission to poll the Town<br />

Board Members.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Wohlhueter to authorize Supervisor Kennedy to Poll the Town Board<br />

Members upon receiving a report from the Code Enforcement Officer<br />

after his inspection on the June 29, 1993 to extend or grant the<br />

respective park owners a license on July 1, 1993.<br />
