Present were Councilraan Mark W. Flowers, Councilraan Don A.
Wohlhueter, Supervisor Richard L. Kennedy, and Town Attorney
Michael F. Perley.
Absent were: Councilraan Milton I. Wittmeyer, Councilman David G.
Zimmerman, Highway Superintendent Eugene E. Ruchalski.
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman
Flowers to accept the adoption and correction of the minutes of the
June 2, 1993 Regular Monthly Meeting.

A motion was made by Councilraan Wohlhueter and seconded
Supervisor Kennedy that General Fund and Special Districts Bills on ^;.^" 3^/
Abstract #6A in the amount of $60,203.02 be paid. 33/

Flowers that the Highway Bills on Abstract #6A in the amount of-^ _

Received from the David Gaskell, State of New York Board of
Equalization and Assessment showing a decrease of approximately
$650,000 the year previous there had been an increase of $800,000.
A Certificate of Final Special Franchise Assessments on file in the
Town Clerk's Office.
Letter received from Dale M. Volker, N. Y. State Senate
acknowledging receipt of Boston Resolution requesting support of
Senate Bill S-2150 on file in the Town Clerk's Office.
Letter received from Francis J. Pordum, Assemblyman acknowledging
letter from Supervisor Kennedy supporting Assembly Bill 1349-A,
Geographic Information System.
Letter received from David J. Swarts, Erie County Clerk announcing
that effective immediately all Motor vehicle transactions normally
brought to the State Department of Motor Vehicle Office can now be
processed at the following Erie County Motor Vehicle Offices:

Authority's Tariff on file in Town Clerk's Office.

Division of Highways Re: Lower East Hill Road - Pre-letting Meeting
to be held on June 17, 1993 at 11:00 A.M. at 95 Fra.';klir. St.,
Buffalo, N.Y. on file in the Clerk's office.
Supervisor Kennedy commented that he will refer this to
Superintendent of Highways Ruchalski and it is very likely that
they will attend this meeting.

Division of Highways Re: Lowers East Hill Road - Bid opening to be
held on June 24, 1993, file in the Town Clerk's Office.
