A L 292 TOWN BOARD SPECIAL HEETING JUNE 2, 1993 TOWN HALL 9:10 P.H. Present were Councilman Mark W. Flowers, Councilraan Don A. Wohlhueter, Councilman David G. Zimmerman, Councilman Milton I. Wittraeyer, Supervisor Richard L. Kennedy, Town Attorney Michael F. Perley, Superintendent of Highways Eugene E. Ruchalski. Town Board Members being present, Supervisor Kennedy called a Special Meeting of the Town Board to order at 9:10 P.M. Supervisor Kennedy received a request of resignation from Deputy Dog Control Officer Robert Steiner effectively iimnediately. A letter will be forthcoming. A raotion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman Wittmeyer to appoint Marjorie Steiner as interim Deputy Dog Control Officer until a letter of resignation is received at the salary previously assigned to the Deputy Dog Control officer, minus what has been drawn to the date of resignation. five (5) Ayes Carried A raotion was made by Councilman Flowers and seconded by Councilman Wohlhueter to adjourn this meeting at 9:20 P.M. i'wi I i A J

State Senate acknowledging receipt of Boston Resolution requesting support of Senate Bill S-2150 on file in the Town Clerk's Office. Letter received from Francis J. Pordum, Assemblyman acknowledging letter from Supervisor Kennedy supporting Assembly Bill 1349-A, Geographic Information System. Letter received from David J. Swarts, Erie County Clerk announcing that effective immediately all Motor vehicle transactions normally brought to the State Department of Motor Vehicle Office can now be processed at the following Erie County Motor Vehicle Offices: Buffalo 25 Delaware Avenue Amherst Century Mall, 3131 Sheridan Drive Cheektowaga Appletree Business Park, Union Road Orchard Park The Commons, S3352 Southwestern Blvd. Received a corrected copy of Page 13-1 of the Erie County Water Authority's Tariff on file in Town Clerk's Office.
