L r TOWN OF BOSTON NEW YORK RESOLUTION NUMBER 1993-20 At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Boston, Erie County, New York , held at the Boston Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, on the 2nd day of June, 1993 at 7:30 o'clock in the evening Eastern Time there were: Present: Absent: Richard L. Kennedy Milton I. Wlttmeyer David 6. Zimmerman Don A. Wohlhueter Mark W. Flowers Supervisor Councilman Councilman Councilman Councilman supervisor Kennedy presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS: The Town Board of the Town of Boston adopted Resolution Number 1993-19 at its regular meeting on May 19, 1993; and WHEREAS: The said Resolution established a four (4) ton weight limit on Dunn Road in the Town of Boston, New York; and WHEREAS: Browning - Ferris Industries (BFI) has a contract with the Town of Boston for the collection of residential solid waste; and WHEREAS: The contract between the Town of Boston and BFI requires BFI to collect residential solid waste on Dunn Road in the Town of Boston; and WHEREAS: Certain trucks used by BFI to collect residential solid waste exceed four (4) tons in weight; and WHEREAS: The Resolution adopted by the Town of Boston allows the Town Board to grant certain exemptions for certain vehicles upon receipt of and application therefor; and WHEREAS: BFI has applied for an exemption from the four (4) ton weight restriction for vehicles used in the collection of residential solid waste on Dunn Road in the Town of Boston. NOW THEREFORE;<br />

of the State of New York) shall be allowed on the said <strong>Dunn</strong> <strong>Road</strong> in<br />

the Town of Boston except as hereinafter provided, and be it<br />

further<br />

RESOLVED, that the Superintendent of Highways be and he<br />
