make a determination as to which street should be the through
street and then adopt an order on a case by case basis.
COUNCILMEN REPORTS
Councilman Flowers attended the Chamber of Commerce Heeting and
reported that the Chamber is going to promote supporting businesses
doing business in the town.
Councilman Flowers met with John Szalay and his contractor
regarding the street lighting in the Ssjalay Subdivision.
Councilman Flowers addressed Councilman Zimmerman with reference to
some inquiries he received from residents of Haag Road regarding
Cable Service.
Town Attorney Perley responded that the Cable Company is waiting
for the make-ready of the poles on Haag Road and on Rockwood Road.
RESOLUTION 1993 - 19 DUNN ROAD 4 TON WEIGHT LIMIT
Councilman Wohlhueter advised that there seems to be a problem with
the disposal of refrigerators in the town. He will take this
matter up with Paul Balbierz of BFI to see if something could be
worked out to rectify this matter.
Councilman Ziitimerman had a complaint from a resident on the Boston
Cross Road that there still needs to be some remedial work done on
the South Boston Park Project.
Supervisor Kennedy and Councilman Wittmeyer will go out and do an
on site inspection of the properties involved with the
South Boston Park Project.
A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by
Supervisor Kennedy to grant a Soil Removal Permit to Roy Emerling
for property on Boston State Road near Omphalius Road.

Councilman Wittmeyer asked Code Enforcement Kramer to comment on a
Soil Removal Permit requested by Anthony Bernardi, 6385 Willow
Drive.
Code Enforcement Officer Kramer advised Mr. Bernardi that before a
Soil Removal Permit can be issued he must rough grade the entire
yard. When this has been completed, a Soil Removal Permit will be
considered.
After lengthy discussion it was determined that Mr. Bernardi did
not require a Soil Removal Permit as he did not intend to remove
soil from his property. Only move it around on the premises. If
at a later date he should decide to take soil off the premises or
sell the soil, then he will reapply for a Soil Removal Permit.
ERIE COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT
Erie County Sheriff's Report for April 1993 received and on
file in the Clerk's office.
A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by
Councilman Zimmerman to adjourn meeting at 8:29 P.M.
