Town Attorney Perley will have available for the Town Board Members
before the next regular meeting Steep Slope Legislation that he has
prepared at the request of Councilman Wohlhueter.
Building perrait application received from Charlap's Dairy Farms,
Inc., 7264 Boston State Road referred to the Planning Board for
review and recommendation.
A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by
Councilman Wohlhueter to grant permission to Margery Dix to use the
Lion's Shelter for a Family Reunion on July 10, 1993 pending the
receipt of an insurance certificate.

SUPERVISOR
A) Supervisor's Monthly Report for April 1993, received
and filed in the Clerk's office.
Carried
Supervisor Kennedy received communication from Assemblyman Pordiim
on the Hillcroft Road Bridge indicating that he has checked with
the DEC and the County of Erie and is awaiting the County's plan
for temporary remedial action.
TOWN CLERK
A) Registrar of Vital Statistic's Monthly Report for the
month of April 1993, received and on file in the
Clerk's office.
B) Tax Collector's Monthly Report for the month of April
1993, received and on file in the Clerk's office.
A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by
Supervisor Kennedy to accept the Tax Collector's Monthly Report for
April 1993.

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman
Flowers to approve the request that Deputy Town Clerk Anna M.
O'Neill attend a Word Perfect Seminar on July 14, 1993 at the cost
of $98.00.

HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT
Carried
Highway Superintendent Ruchalski submitted an application to the
NYS Emergency Managers Office for the blizzard on March 13-17,
1993. Since this had been declared a "State-of-Emergency" there
will be money coming from the Federal Emergency Management Agency
to the Town. Our town's share would be seventy-five (75%) of
expenses paid, which is three thousand, six dollars and thirty-five
cents ($3,006.35).

be installed in the Szalay Subdivision with John Szalay and the
