REGULAR BOARD MEETING<br />

MAY 5, 1993<br />

TOWN HALL<br />

7:30 P.M.<br />

Town Attorney Perley will have available for the Town Board Members<br />

before the next regular meeting Steep Slope Legislation that he has<br />

prepared at the request of Councilman Wohlhueter.<br />

Building perrait application received from Charlap's Dairy Farms,<br />

Inc., 7264 Boston State <strong>Road</strong> referred to the Planning Board for<br />

review and recommendation.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wohlhueter to grant permission to Margery Dix to use the<br />

Lion's Shelter for a Family Reunion on July 10, 1993 pending the<br />

receipt of an insurance certificate.<br />

SUPERVISOR<br />

A) Supervisor's Monthly Report for April 1993, received<br />

and filed in the Clerk's office.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy received communication from Assemblyman Pordiim<br />

on the Hillcroft <strong>Road</strong> Bridge indicating that he has checked with<br />

the DEC and the County of Erie and is awaiting the County's plan<br />

for temporary remedial action.<br />

TOWN CLERK<br />

A) Registrar of Vital Statistic's Monthly Report for the<br />

month of April 1993, received and on file in the<br />

Clerk's office.<br />

B) Tax Collector's Monthly Report for the month of April<br />

1993, received and on file in the Clerk's office.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Supervisor Kennedy to accept the Tax Collector's Monthly Report for<br />

April 1993.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Flowers to approve the request that Deputy Town Clerk Anna M.<br />

O'Neill attend a Word Perfect Seminar on July 14, 1993 at the cost<br />

of $98.00.<br />

HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT<br />

Carried<br />

Highway Superintendent Ruchalski submitted an application to the<br />

NYS Emergency Managers Office for the blizzard on March 13-17,<br />

1993. Since this had been declared a "State-of-Emergency" there<br />

will be money coming from the Federal Emergency Management Agency<br />

to the Town. Our town's share would be seventy-five (75%) of<br />

expenses paid, which is three thousand, six dollars and thirty-five<br />

cents ($3,006.35).<br />
