WHEREAS, Anthony Bernardi<br />

Is the owner In fee title of the<br />

following described premises:<br />

Boston, County of Erie and State<br />

of New York, belns part of Lot<br />

S2, Township 8, Range 7, of the<br />

Holland Land Company's<br />

Survey, bounded and d«scrlt>ed<br />

as follows:<br />

corner of the terminus of<br />

\R1llow Drive as shown on Map<br />

thence,, easterly alonj the<br />

southeriy line of Willow Drive a<br />

distance of thirty feet (SCO-) to<br />

a point; runnlns thence<br />

southerly, at an interior angle of<br />

ninety (90) degrees a distance<br />

of fifty feet (SO.O') to a point;<br />

running thence westerly, and<br />

parallel to the southerly line of<br />

Willow Drive, a distance of thirty<br />

SOLVED, that, subject to a Permissive<br />

Referendum, Richard I.<br />

Kennedy, a Supervisor of the<br />

Tovrti of Boston, Erie County,<br />

New York, and on Its Ijehalf, be.<br />

and he is hereby authorized to<br />

obtain title to the above<br />

descritjed premises; and t>e It<br />

RESOLVED, that Richard L<br />

Kennedy, as Supervisor of said<br />

Town of Boston be, and he Is<br />

hereby, authorized lo execute<br />

all documents that may t>e required<br />

to effectuate the<br />

transfer of all right, title and in­<br />

terest in said property to the<br />

said Town of Boston; and t>e It<br />

RESOLVED, that this Resolution<br />

Is subject to a Permissive<br />

Referendum as required bj law<br />

and shall lie posted on the<br />

bulletin board at the Town Hall<br />
