and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Anthony Bernardi
Is the owner In fee title of the
following described premises:

OF LAND, situate In the Town of
Boston, County of Erie and State
of New York, belns part of Lot
S2, Township 8, Range 7, of the
Holland Land Company's
Survey, bounded and d«scrlt>ed
as follows:
Besinnlns at the southwest
corner of the terminus of
\R1llow Drive as shown on Map
Cover S830 filed In the office of
the Erie County Oerlt; running
thence,, easterly alonj the
southeriy line of Willow Drive a
distance of thirty feet (SCO-) to
a point; runnlns thence
southerly, at an interior angle of
ninety (90) degrees a distance
of fifty feet (SO.O') to a point;
running thence westerly, and
parallel to the southerly line of
Willow Drive, a distance of thirty
feel (SO.C) to a point; running
thence northerly, at an Interior
angle of ninety (90) degrees and
parallel to the second descrit>ed
course hereof, a distance Of
fifty feet (SO.O') to the souttvwest
corner of the terminus of

to obtain title to said premises
as a turnaround for Highway
Department vehicles such as
snow plows, and to facilitate
the maintenance of Willow
Drive.
NOW THEREOF, BE IT RE­
SOLVED, that, subject to a Permissive
Referendum, Richard I.
Kennedy, a Supervisor of the
Tovrti of Boston, Erie County,
New York, and on Its Ijehalf, be.
and he is hereby authorized to
obtain title to the above
descritjed premises; and t>e It
further •
RESOLVED, that Richard L
Kennedy, as Supervisor of said
Town of Boston be, and he Is
hereby, authorized lo execute
all documents that may t>e required
to effectuate the
transfer of all right, title and in­
terest in said property to the
said Town of Boston; and t>e It
furtfier-
RESOLVED, that this Resolution
Is subject to a Permissive
Referendum as required bj law
and shall lie posted on the
bulletin board at the Town Hall
and shall t^e published In the Official
newspaper of the Town of
Boston.
