terminus of Willow Drive, said point being the point and place of

WHEREAS, the Town desires to obtain title to said
premises as a turnaround for Highway Department vehicles such as
snow plows, and to facilitate the maintenance of Willow Drive.
NOW TBER&TORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that, subject to a
Permissive Referendum, Richard L. Kennedy, a Supervisor of the
Town of Boston, Erie County, New York, and on its behalf, be and
he is hereby authorized to obtain title to the above described
premises; and bs it further
RESOLVED, that Richard L. Kennedy, as Supervisor of
said Town of Boston be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
all documents that may be required to effectuate the transfer of
all right, title and interest in said property to the said Town
of Boston; and be it further
RESOLVED, that this Resolution is subject to a
Permissive Referendum as required by law and shall be posted on
the bulliten board at the Town Hall and shall be published in the
official newspaper of the Town of Boston.
