At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Boston, Erie County, New York , held at the Boston Town Hall,
8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, on the 5th day of May,
1993 at 7:30 o'clock in the evening Eastern Time there were :

Councilman Flowers presented the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Anthony Bernardi is the owner in fee title of
the following described premises:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OP LAND, situate in the Town
of Boston, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of
Lot 22, Township 8, Range 7, of the Holland Land Company's
Survey, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the terminus of
Willow Drive as shown on Map CoVer 2230 filed in the Office of
the Erie County Clerk; running thence easterly along the
southerly line of Willow Drive a distance of thirty feet (30.0')
to a point; running thence southerly, at an interior angle of
ninety (90) degrees a distance of fifty feet (50.0') to a point;
running thence westerly, and parallel to the southerly line of
Willow Drive, a distance of thirty feet (30.0") to a point;
running thence northerly, at an interior angle of ninety (90)
