Councilman Flowers: Apologized to the Town Clerk for referring<br />

people tb the Cletk's office for applications for the Summer Youth<br />

Program, when applications were not made available to that office.<br />

He did not know that the people applying were to go directly to<br />

Gerald O'Brien, Recreation Director.<br />

Recreation Director Gerald O'Brien: Prefers that the people call<br />

him directly so that he can briefly screen the applicants and<br />

explain the program to the prospective applicant.<br />

Application received from Gregory and Julie Dake, 7825 Back Creek<br />

<strong>Road</strong> requesting a Restricted or Conditional Rezoning referred to<br />

the Planning Board for review and recommendation.<br />

Received a copy of a letter from Katrina Washington, Legal<br />

Assistant, Bureau of Consumer Fraud and Protection acknowledging<br />

the receipt of a Notice of Complaint from the residents of the<br />

Sprague Mobile Home Park sent to the Attorney General.<br />

Received a copy of the Mobile Home Program Group Complaint Form<br />

sent by residents of the Sprague Mobile Home Park to the NYS<br />

Division of Housing and Community Renewal.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy responded that hopefully the Sprague Mobile Home<br />

Park will be in compliance with the Town Law when the Town Board<br />

inspects the park in July.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman<br />

Zimmerman to create the Boston Town Park Improvement Project (L&WCF<br />

Proj #36-01164) as follows:<br />

Letter received from the Boston Conservation Advisory Council<br />

asking the Town Board to consider the recommendation of hiring a<br />

planner to assist on Subdivision and Site Plan approval with the<br />

Planning Board.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy indicated that there is in fact money in the<br />

budget for the employment of a planner and they should continue<br />

with their interviews and follow this through.<br />

Letter received from the Planning Board recommending that the Steep<br />

Slope Legislation, as presented by Town Attorney Perley, be<br />

adopted.<br />
