KiE REGULAR BOARD HEETING APRIL 21, 1993 TOHN HALL 7:30 P.M. Councilman Hohlhueter reported that BFI fliers have been distributed to all town residents. The tire disposal will be held on Saturday, May 1, 1993 at the town highway garage. Dropoff will be between the Lion's Shelter and the garage. Two tires per household from 9:00 A.M. till 3 P.M. Councilman Zimmerman asked Supervisor Kennedy on behalf of the Town Board to write a letter to the Hamburg School Board requesting that they establish a voting place in the Town of Boston. A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by Supervisor Kennedy to accept the correction and adoption of the minutes of the April 21, 1993 Regular Monthly Meeting. four (4) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by Councilman by Councilman Zimmerman that the General Fund and Special District Bills on Abstract #5 dated May 5, 1993 in the amount of $32,255.13 be paid. four (4) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Councilman Wohlhueter and seconded by Councilman Flowers to approve the correction of Abstract #4A dated April 21, 1993 as follows: Voucher #245 From: A 5132.4 To: A 5010.4 Voucher #252 From: To: Voucher #260 From: To: Service Office Supply Garage Supt. of Highways NYSEG NYSEG National Fuel NYSEG NYSEG National Fuel four (4) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by Councilman Wohlhueter that the Highway Bills on Abstract #5 dated May 5, 1993 in the amount of $5,813.05 be paid. four (4) Ayes Carried A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy ahd seconded by Councilman Wohlhueter to accept the Town Clerks monthly report for April 1993. four (4) Ayes Carried Letter from Senator Dale M. Volker acknowledging receipt of the Town of Boston Resolution 1993-11, concerning the cost of DWI's. Letter from Robert L. Kowalewski, Deputy Commissioner of Finance, Erie County with certificate of attendance to the Board of Assessment Review Training for Herbert Berlin. Received from the NYSDOT - Designation of Restricted Highway; several separate locations along Route 219 in Erie County. Designation of Restricted Highway shall expire December 31, 1993, or the actual contract completion date if extended. Received from John J. Gugino, Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, a Certificate and Notice of Highway Closure - Zimmerman Road from Mayer Road to Keller Road, effective Hay 17, 1993 to conpletion. '^ssyii-yyysy. J J
