APRIL 21, 1993<br />

TOWN HALL<br />

7:30 P.H.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy sent a letter of Hr. William Sprague in<br />

reference to the petition received, suggesting that he review<br />

the minimum restrictions of mobile units allowed in this park.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy and Councilman Wittmeyer will be going to<br />

Sprague Hobile Home Park on April 22nd to inspect the situation<br />

referred to in the petition.<br />

Request for Soil Removal Permits received from Roy Emerling on<br />

Bostori State <strong>Road</strong> across from Omphalius <strong>Road</strong> and Anthony<br />

Bernardi, west end of Willow Drive tabled until the weather<br />

permits the Code Enforcement Officer and the Deputy Supervisor<br />

to inspect the properties.<br />

Letter from North Boston Fire Company recommending that Peter<br />

Hausmesser be removed from the Fire Police, received and on file<br />

in the Clerk's office.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to rescind the appointment of Peter<br />

Hausmesser from the North Boston Fire Police effective<br />

immediately.<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wohlhueter to grant permission for Cub Scout Pack<br />

#391 to use the Lion's Shelter for a Family Picnic on June 5,<br />

1993. No alcoholic beverage will be served.<br />

Letter of appreciation received from Haury Bloom for the prompt<br />

work of the highway crew in maintaining the road during this<br />

past tough winter received and on file in the Clerk's office.<br />

Letter from Bob Brunner, Secty., Brunco, Inc. advising that the<br />

On Premises Liquor License at 7115 Boston State <strong>Road</strong> is being<br />

renewed, received and on file in the Clerk's office.<br />

SUPERVISOR REPORT<br />

Letter received from Congressman Jack Quinn acknowledging<br />

receipt of letter regarding 18 Mile Creek erosion. Congressman<br />

Quinn has drafted a letter to the Army Corp of Engineer' asking<br />

if there is anything his office can do to expedite the project.<br />

Letter received from Springville-Griffith Institute Central<br />

School District announcing that there will be School Board<br />

Voters Registration on Wednesday, May 19, 1993 from 12:00 Noon -<br />

8:00 P.M. at the Collins Center Fire Hall, Colden Elementary<br />

School, High School. The Annual Voting date is Wednesday, Hay<br />

26, 1993 from 10:00 A.H. - 9:00 P.H. at the Collins Center Fire<br />

Hall, Colden Elementary School, High School. Information program<br />

and packets for community organizations are being prepared and<br />

should be available by Hay 3, 1993.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy applauded the Springville-Griffith Institute<br />

for setting up voting places convenient for all the people in<br />

their district.<br />

Hill <strong>Road</strong> - Interchange Access <strong>Road</strong> Contractor's work schedule<br />

April - Hay 1993 received and on file in the Clerk's office.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy Proclaimed the Week of Hay 3, 1993<br />

Forces Week" in the Town of Boston.<br />
