Letter from Hichael Raab, Erie County Dept. of Environment &
Planning informing of "Clean Sweep" which is designed to help
collect waste pesticides from farmers in the month of November.
Supervisor Kennedy stated the Conservation Advisory Council will
be informed of this event.
Letter from James Nolan, Erie County Dept. of Health advising
of a Public Hearing to be held on Hay 26, 1993 at 3:30 P.H. at
the Rath Building relative to the proposed amendments to the
Erie County Sanitary Code.
Resolution received from Town of Grand Island regarding Drunken
Driving Fees on file in the Clerk's Office.
RESOLUTION 1993 - 13 COHHUNITY DEVELOPHENT AGREEMENT
Sealed Bids for 1984 Tractor received and opened on April 21,
1993 at 10:00 A.H. as follows:

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by
Supervisor Kennedy to award the bid for the 1984 Tractor to Mark
Warnke for four thousand, four hundred ($4400.00) dollars.
Payment to be made by cash or certified check by April 23, 1993.

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by
Councilman Flowers to grant a building permit to Gregory Gerwitz
7440 Boston State Road for a deck tabled from the April 7, 1993
Town Board Meeting.

Received a petition with six (6) signatures from residents of
Dunn Road referring to the conditions of said dirt road,
received and on file in the Clerk's office.
Supervisor Kennedy stated that extensive Work was done on Dunn
Road last year. Superintendent Ruchalski commented that it has
been worked on the past few years. The fire companies have been
asked if they have had any problems getting in there and they
said none.
Supervisor Kennedy, Councilman Wittmeyer and Highway
Superintendent Ruchalski will inspect the conditions of Dunn
Road on April 22nd and report back to the Board on their
findings at the next Town Board Meeting.
A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by
Councilman Wittmeyer to approve a Temporary Certificate of
Occupancy for Lot #6 of the Boston Hills Estates pending a final
certificate when the road is completed in its entirety after all
the lots have been taken care of.

Received a petition with thirteen (13) signatures from the
residents of Sprague Mobile Home Park referring to Sprague
Mobile Park Rules and Regulations Nos. 3, 4, 9 and 15 currently
being violated by William Lee, who occupies Road Camp Trailer on
Lot #11.
