Letter from Hichael Raab, Erie County Dept. of Environment &<br />

Planning informing of "Clean Sweep" which is designed to help<br />

collect waste pesticides from farmers in the month of November.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy stated the Conservation Advisory Council will<br />

be informed of this event.<br />

Letter from James Nolan, Erie County Dept. of Health advising<br />

of a Public Hearing to be held on Hay 26, 1993 at 3:30 P.H. at<br />

the Rath Building relative to the proposed amendments to the<br />

Erie County Sanitary Code.<br />

Resolution received from Town of Grand Island regarding Drunken<br />

Driving Fees on file in the Clerk's Office.<br />

RESOLUTION 1993 - 13 COHHUNITY DEVELOPHENT AGREEMENT<br />

Sealed Bids for 1984 Tractor received and opened on April 21,<br />

1993 at 10:00 A.H. as follows:<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Supervisor Kennedy to award the bid for the 1984 Tractor to Mark<br />

Warnke for four thousand, four hundred ($4400.00) dollars.<br />

Payment to be made by cash or certified check by April 23, 1993.<br />

five (5) Ayes Carried<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Councilman Flowers to grant a building permit to Gregory Gerwitz<br />

7440 Boston State <strong>Road</strong> for a deck tabled from the April 7, 1993<br />

Town Board Meeting.<br />

five (5) Ayes Carried<br />

Received a petition with six (6) signatures from residents of<br />

<strong>Dunn</strong> <strong>Road</strong> referring to the conditions of said dirt road,<br />

received and on file in the Clerk's office.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy stated that extensive Work was done on <strong>Dunn</strong><br />

<strong>Road</strong> last year. Superintendent Ruchalski commented that it has<br />

been worked on the past few years. The fire companies have been<br />

asked if they have had any problems getting in there and they<br />

said none.<br />

Supervisor Kennedy, Councilman Wittmeyer and Highway<br />

Superintendent Ruchalski will inspect the conditions of <strong>Dunn</strong><br />

<strong>Road</strong> on April 22nd and report back to the Board on their<br />

findings at the next Town Board Meeting.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to approve a Temporary Certificate of<br />

Occupancy for Lot #6 of the Boston Hills Estates pending a final<br />

certificate when the road is completed in its entirety after all<br />

the lots have been taken care of.<br />

five (5) Ayes Carried<br />

Received a petition with thirteen (13) signatures from the<br />

residents of Sprague Mobile Home Park referring to Sprague<br />

Mobile Park Rules and Regulations Nos. 3, 4, 9 and 15 currently<br />

being violated by William Lee, who occupies <strong>Road</strong> Camp Trailer on<br />

Lot #11.<br />
