REGULAR BOARD MEETING<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Wittmeyer and seconded by<br />

Supervisor Kennedy at the recommendation of the Recreation<br />

Director Gerald O'Brien to awarded the bid for transportation<br />

for the Summer Recreation Program and Ski Program for 1993 to<br />

Laidlaw Transit, Inc. as follows:<br />

four (4) Ayes<br />

Summer-per bus/per day<br />

$115.00<br />

Ski-per bus/per day<br />

$115.00<br />

A motion was made by Councilman Zimmerman and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to grant permission to Recreation Director<br />

Gerald O'Brien to conduct "Concerts in the Park 1993" in the<br />

Lion's Shelter on the following dates:<br />

Tuesdays<br />

Fridays<br />

four (4) Ayes<br />

August 3rd, 10th, 17th<br />

August 6th, 13th, 20th<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Wittmeyer to deny the rezoriing request of the Carol<br />

Seamon property which was tabled from the March 17, 1993<br />

meeting.<br />

four (4) Ayes Carried<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Zimmerman to table the Gerwitz application to build<br />

a deck till the next Town Board Meeting on April 21, 1993, until<br />

Code Enforcement Officer Kramer can review the plans more<br />

thoroughly due to the height and because this is commercial<br />

property.<br />

Boston Planning Board received a notice from Mr. Clair A.<br />

Montroy, III, Attorney for Larry Ovitt withdrawing his request<br />

for rezoning of property located at 5805-5803 Herman Hill <strong>Road</strong>.<br />

A motion was made by Supervisor Kennedy and seconded by<br />

Councilman Flowers to Appropriate Excess Revenue in Highway Fund<br />

as follows:<br />

Letter received from E-Z Shop, Inc. notifying the Town of their<br />
