PAFA Book Club
“Oh literature, oh the glorious Art, how it preys upon the
marrow in our bones. It scoops the stuffing out of us, and
chucks us aside. Alas!” – D. H. Lawrence
Are you one of those people who feel the power of art
and literature in your bones? We are too. So beginning in
lively conversation that sheds new light on old favorites.
The debut season will focus on fiction, and both veteran
and emerging readers are welcome to join us. If you’re
already in a book club which might want to join us in our
reading, the more the merrier!
Discussion questions will be provided in conjunction
with each book, relating it to the works on view in the
galleries. The group will gather in the lobby of the Historic
