Pressing the History sidebar icon displays
history information about all folders. The
selection of the folders can be narrowed
to specific types of folders or transactions
by using the filters.
Machine definition dialog. Used to create
the settings of a device.
The class of a folder defines
how the folder will be stored.

Pressing the Tables sidebar icon displays
all the master data table for all records.
Folders may be assigned to a specific zone
or device.
An area is a definition of a machine name
(called a device).
Confirmation dialog windows appear
when you press on the toolbar icon for:
• Issue - shows that a folder has been
issued to a end user and removes
the folder from the location based on
the settings.
• Read - this will give you the
information about the current
location of a folder.
• Return - shows the current active
folder displayed in the folder dialog
is “returned” to a storage location.
