Starts on Sunday evening with a welcoming cocktail.
Our guides and foresters accompany you along the
paths of the “Baiersbronner Wanderhimmel”, the Black
Forest Pass and, depending on the time of year, parts
of Baden, on Monday to Friday. The week comes to a
cosy close in company on the Friday afternoon. Don’t
forget to pack hiking clothes suitable for the time of
year, light walking/hiking shoes, a rucksack and appropriate
rainwear!

Dancing Course with the
Schäfer Familiy
25.11. – 02.12.2012
Dancing keeps one young and peps up one’s life.
Our annual dance course at the Bareiss is run by TV
producer and dance expert of many years, Helmut
Schäfer, together with his wife Biggi and daughter
Dani. Shake a leg daily from 1.00 to 3.00 p.m.
and, in the evening, apply what has been learnt to
music in the hotel hall. Course fee per participant
(excluding room price) € 155.–
Watercolour Course
with Josef Rues
25.11. – 02.12.2012
For beginners and advanced proponents. Watercolour
painting for three hours per day from Monday to Friday
under the leadership of Josef Rues. The courses take
place in our library and at the Morlokhof. All hotel
guests are invited to an exhibition of your watercolour
paintings on Saturday afternoon. Course fee (excluding
materials) € 290.–

Christmas is coming
A meal together in the Dorfstube on Sunday evening.
Cooking takes place in the mornings and afternoons on
Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, following a wine
tasting, there will be a festive conclusion with lunch in
the Restaurant Bareiss. If you extend the 4-day arrangement
you will profit from the price advantage of the
particular seasonal price for the individual extra nights.
Black Forest Music Festival
17.05. – 28.05.2012
21.09. – 03.10.2012
The 15 th Black Forest Music Festival 2012 opens on
17 May 2012. The two musical phases are dedicated
to Sergiu Celibidache and the Sound of Nature. Experience
the winner of the ARD Special Award, Alexej
Gorlatch, on the piano at the Bareiss Sponsored Concert
at the Christuskirche in Mitteltal on Whit Monday,
28 May 2012. This is followed by the Bareiss Culinarium
– a celebratory meal with the young artist in our
Library. The Festival’s artistic management is again
in the tried-and-tested hands of the Baiersbronn-born
Mark Mast.
